Delivery & Orders
How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2 to 4 working days. Deliveries within Karachi are usually fulfilled within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 on all orders to ensure safe and trackable delivery of our chemical products. We occasionally run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our Deals page!
Dry Cleaning Services
How does the Pick & Drop service work?
You can schedule a pickup by calling our support line (0311 111 0500). Our rider will collect your garments, and we will deliver them back freshly cleaned, pressed, and wrapped within 48 to 72 hours.
Are your cleaning chemicals safe for delicate fabrics?
Absolutely. With over 70 experience since 1949, we use specialized, eco-friendly solvents that protect the integrity, color, and texture of delicate fabrics like silk, wool, and chiffon.
